probably a mistake and it should say Zehngebotschreiber which is an old german expression for a Sopher.

So Sofer was not the family name but rather the profession of Raw Nachum.

The name of the wife matches with the Matrikel information.
The son Joseph maybe is the one  called Josua in the Matrikel.

No information so far found about the 2 daughters.
